A quick summary for busy builders. It’s not legally binding — the full policy and Terms are what govern. But here’s the gist:
- What you get: AI-powered operations software to run your projects, automate the busywork, and catch risk before it costs you.
- How billing works: $449/month, billed monthly in advance. Cancel anytime — you keep access through the period you paid for.
- Founding rate “for life”: Lock in $449/month and keep it forever — as long as your subscription stays active. Let it lapse or cancel, and the founding rate is gone.
- Our guarantee: Not happy in your first 30 days? Email us and we’ll refund your first month, no hassle.
- Your data is yours: You own everything you put in. We only use it to run the Service for you — we don’t sell it, and we don’t use it to train public AI models.
- About the AI: It’s powerful, but it isn’t perfect. Review its output before you rely on it — it’s a tool, not a licensed professional.
- If there’s a dispute: We settle it through individual arbitration in Texas, not class-action lawsuits. You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days of signing up.
Who we are
ForgedOps.AI™ (“ForgedOps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an AI-powered enterprise operations platform for construction operators, operated by Waterman Consulting Services, LLC, a Texas limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit forgedops.ai (the “Site”) or use our software platform and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Information we collect
Information you provide directly
- Account & contact data: name, business name, email address, phone number, job title, and mailing address.
- Billing data: payment information processed through our third-party payment processor (we do not store full card numbers on our servers).
- Project & operational data: the content you upload, create, or manage within the platform — including project records, documents, schedules, RFIs, communications, and other business data (“Customer Content”).
- Communications: information you provide when you contact us, request a demo, or respond to surveys.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages viewed, features used, actions taken, timestamps, and session duration.
- Device & technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and referring URLs.
- Cookies & similar technologies: see Section 4 below.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
- Process payments, manage subscriptions, and honor founding-member pricing;
- Authenticate users and secure accounts;
- Respond to inquiries, provide support, and send service-related communications;
- Send marketing communications (which you may opt out of at any time);
- Analyze usage to understand and improve performance and user experience;
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security incidents, and abuse;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and understand how the Services are used.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, through our cookie consent banner. Disabling certain cookies may limit Site functionality. Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal; because there is no industry standard for responding to these signals, we currently treat them according to the controls described above.
We also use HubSpot to manage email subscriptions, contact records, and marketing communications. HubSpot may set cookies to track form submissions and email engagement so we can manage our contact lists and measure outreach.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers: vendors who help us operate the Services (hosting, payment processing, analytics, email delivery, customer support, and AI processing), bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Legal & safety: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
- With your consent: when you direct us to share information.
AI processing & your content
ForgedOps uses artificial intelligence and machine-learning technologies, including third-party AI providers, to deliver features such as automated workflows, predictive insights, and data analysis.
- Customer Content you submit may be processed by these AI systems solely to provide the Services to you.
- We do not sell your Customer Content, and we do not use your Customer Content to train publicly available, general-purpose AI models without your consent.
- Our AI providers process data under their own data-protection commitments; we select providers that contractually limit use of submitted data to providing their services to us.
As between you and ForgedOps, you retain ownership of your Customer Content as described in our Terms & Conditions.
Data security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion of your account data as described in Section 9.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing or marketing. This includes residents covered by laws such as the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and similar U.S. state laws.
To exercise any right, contact us at info@forgedops.ai. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may also have the right to appeal a denied request and to lodge a complaint with your state attorney general.
Children’s privacy
The Services are intended for business use and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
International users
The Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated “Last Updated” date, and for material changes we will provide additional notice where required. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
